CHARACTERS: a giant talking shape-shifting mindreading wolf (or mairon), and you!!
LOCATION: the halls, passing by various rooms.
WARNINGS: big bad wolves. possible passive mentions of violence.
SUMMARY: so they didn't have a falling out, not really. but melkor's still ignoring him, so mairon is definitely Not Sulking.
NOTES: can specify wolf or man/human form to start with, though characters will eventually see both regardless.
He is a hulking shadow at best, a set of two-paired glimmering eyes at worst. At times he is racing through the halls, seemingly hot on the heels of some prey (chasing the darkness and shapes as if they have answers to the questions he would never ask). At others, he prowls the metal halls with it's tail held stiff as if patrolling his own territory, when he's really just following the waves of lower temperatures to avoid overheating.
Those who manage to get a proper glimpse of him will see a wolf, perhaps. A wolf in shape and demeanor, in smell and appearance. But the creature is otherwise massive, almost the size of a horse, ringed about the neck with a collar of thick fur. Those who are passed by may be ignored; those who are not ignored may receiving a passing glance. A glance that suggests, despite looking like and having the mannerisms of a wolf, that the creature may be something else. May be something more.
Or for those who are lucky, they might come across the wolf at a stop, sitting, laying down, ears tipped forward. The even more lucky may find a similarly towering semblance of a human instead, standing or sitting. But always he will be watching the darkness as if expecting something (someone) to walk out, listening to some unspoken word. As if he would walk into its embrace, if he could.
